This farmhouse is set in the foothills of Snowdonia in North Wales, just 2 miles from the village of Llanberis which stands at the foot of Snowdon, and offers quality non-smoking self catering accommodation. There are five bedrooms, all of which are en-suite and have a colour TV and DVD. One of the bedrooms (double) is on the ground floor. There is also a ground floor shower room with an all body multi-jet shower/steamer, and adjoining sauna cubicle.

There is a fitted kitchen with breakfast area, dining room and utility room. The main sitting room leads to a heated conservatory with stunning views towards the mountains of Snowdonia which is a great place to relax at the end of a day spent exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. There is a second sitting room with large inglenook fireplace and woodburner.

There are numerous activities catered for in this part of Snowdonia including walking, climbing, mountain biking and birdwatching. There are 30 acres of land around the farmhouse leading down to the river where guests can walk, and fishing licences are available for those who enjoy fishing. There is also a livery yard adjacent to the farmhouse where guests can stable their own horses (extra charge for stables and paddocks).

There are also many places to visit within easy reach of the farmhouse including attractions such as Dolbadarn and Caernarfon Castles, and the National Slate Museum at Llanberis. For those who enjoy steam railways the Snowdon Mountain Railway and Welsh Highland Railway are close by. Or you could just relax and enjoy the stunning local scenery of the lakes and mountains of Snowdonia, and the beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula, Cardigan Bay and Anglesey. Also on site is the family run Piggery Pottery which is great for occupying the children (and adults) in all weathers.

The self catering farmhouse is set between Caernarfon and Llanberis, and easily accessible from the A55 North Wales coast road which connects to the M6 via the M56. It is ideally located for exploring Snowdonia and the whole of North Wales.
